What We Do
Reed Design Services uses state of the art software that allows us an endless array of possibilities in the residential design market. We are able to provide our customers with much more than just a set of drawings. With extras like 3D rendering, and water color elevations you will find your cliental having a better idea of a finished product. More importantly we can provide your clients and subcontractors with highly detailed floor plans that are specific to their needs.

Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the home and detail involved. Our standard pricing includes all floor plans, foundation, elevations, a border (which can include your company logo), and one general cross section. Includes the CAD data on disk in SoftPlan format or AutoCad .dxf/.dwg. The plan set includes: four elevations, first and/or second floor, foundation, and detail page. Pricing as follows:

1000 - 3500 S.F. = $.50 PSF
4000 - 6000 S.F. = $.60 PSF
6000 - 8000 S.F. = $.80 PSF
